Time Change for the Stars VS. Blues Game

Because of the Texas Rangers advancing to the American League Championship Series which gets underway this weekend against the NY Yankees. The Dallas Stars announced a time change for their game on Saturday against the Blues from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM to accommodate the schedule and to reduce the chance for a time conflict with the Rangers.

In addition to this press release, watch for the Stars Tweet Updates during games this season with the home opener starting in about 15 minutes against the Detroit Red Wings.

From Frisco, Texas: The Dallas Stars announced today that the NHL's Game on Saturday, October 16 vs. the St. Louis Blues will now start at 7:30 PM (In place of the original 7:00 PM). The Stars made the change to accommodate sports fans interested in attending/or watching the Texas Rangers ALCS Game Two (First pitch 3:05 PM in Arlington), and attending/watching the Stars Game at the American Airlines Center that evening.

"This is an exciting time to be a sports fans in North Texas, and many more follow all of the local teams passionately and go to a lot of our games," said Stars Exc. Vice President Geoff Moore. "We felt that moving to a 7:30 PM Start Time would help some fans who were interested in affecting or watching both games that day."
