With the San Antonio Rampage season starting tomorrow night against the Chicago Wolves, Team Broadcaster Dan Weiss held an online fan chat for fans to ask questions on topics like team predictions and picks in the AHL West Division, which players would be on the bubble to make the final cut and who could get a shot of an NHL Call Up with the Phoenix Coyotes.
In addition to these topics, the new head coach Ray Edwards was brought up as well as he looks to end the teams culture of losing which has included never winning a playoff series or division title in the team's history.
Last time the Rampage made the playoffs was in 2008 when they lost to the Toronto Marlies in 7 games. Last year the team got off to a good start, but a horrible November buried them to the bottom of the West Division and cost former head coach Greg Ireland his job just before Thanksgiving last season.
In addition to the Fan Chat, the latest edition of the Rampage Training Camp Video Series with Head Coach Ray Edwards as the new season is getting ready to get underway.
