Tonight's Games 10/22

It's the 2nd of a back to back for the Dallas Stars after the Stars won 4-2 at the Honda Center against the Ducks where the Stars dominated the Ducks during the 1st and 2nd periods as they were up 3-0 at one point. However, late in the 2nd period, the tide began to turn with a goal late in the 2nd period to make it 3-1. Midway through the 3rd, the Ducks made it 3-2 and were looking to force OT. Stars goalie Marty Turco and a great team defense prevented them from tieing which allowed Steve Ott who returned from injury to score the game winner empty net goal to win the game 4-2. It's another late one tonight as the Stars look to win back to back games for the first time this year and get back at the Kings for beating them back on Monday night.

Else where in the NHL Tonight, a busy schedule as we have the Rangers Devils Rivaly at Madison Square Garden. Also one of the big early surprises as the Columbus Blue Jackets trail the Blackhawks by just one point in the Central Division as they take on the Edmonton Oiles. We also have Boston and Philadelphia will play each other as the countdown to the Winter Classic moves on before the New Year's Eve Showdown at Fenway Park.

In the Major Junior's tonight, it's mostly in the OHL as the Windsor Spitfires and London Knights as one of the OHL's Biggest rivals will play each other. Also, Saginaw and Peterborough look to get back on track after both teams have been struggling the last week. In the QMJHL, 2 games on tonight as the Lewiston Maineiacs will take on the Victoriaville Tigers. Also, a great Atlantic Division showdown as the St. John Seadogs will take on the Acadie-Bathurst Titans.
