Tonight's Games: 10/15

With the Dallas Stars coming off the 6-0 win last night, they will get a much deserved night off while their AHL Affiliate in Austin will be in action tonight as the Texas Stars take on the Grand Rapids Griffins in the only game of the night.

In the NHL Tonight, One of the biggest games of the early season takes place tonight as the Washington Capitals will host the San Jose Sharks in Washington, D.C. Another big game tonight is the Nashville Predators are looking to come back after the 6-0 shackling in Dallas last night. Also the Detroit Red Wings have been off to a slow start as they are 2-3-0 against Los Angeles.

A slow night in the major Juniors, but we do have the U.S.A. Division leading Portland Winterhawks traveling to Edmonton to play the Oil Kings that are looking to tie the Hitmen who's currently leading the Central Division. In the OHL, the Windsor Spitfires are hoping for an easy win over the lowly Ottawa 67s. Finally out in Quebec, a great matchup in the Atlantic Division as the P.E.I. Rockets travel to New Brunswick to take on the Moncton Wildcats in what's going to be a very competitive Atlantic Division. Also out in Quebec, we have a rematch of last year's Championship series against the Drummondville Voltigeurs and the Shawinigan Cataractes will play each other tonight.

Finally, the NCAA has 2 games tonight as Denver takes on the Ohio State Buckeyes and the Fighting Irish taking on Providence.
