Hamilton leads 1-0 after the 1st

Texas Stars Goalie Matt Climie did a great job withstanding the early pressure from the Bulldogs offense lead by Subban and Maxwell as the Bulldogs outshot the Stars 15-5. It was scoreless till David Desharnais scored with just 9 seconds left in the 1st period for his 10th goal of the playoffs.

They were no penalties in the period and the Texas Stars need to increase the offense to have a shot of winning this game to clinch the Conference Title and a spot against Hershey in the Final.
