After an injury plagued final year of juniors with the WHL's Swift Current Broncos, the Texas Stars Rookie is looking to add some physical grit and a scoring threat around the net as he will start getting ready for the Texas Stars Season to start up on October 10 in the Alamo City against the San Antonio Rampage as the Western Conference Champions will look to bring a strong 2nd act to the Texas Capital.
Tassone is not afraid to mix it up with the physicality and racked up an impressive 343 penalty minutes in his Junior Career in the WHL, including 100 in the 2008-2009 season for the Broncos.
He will turn 21 later this month and will look for a fresh start after being injury plagued the last 2 years by playing just 52 and 33 games to finish his Junior Career.
